Usage:this equipment is used for mixing higher viscous material and high content of solid material.It applies to produce cream, cosmetics factories.
1.It is made of three-layer with whole jacket and insulation filled with PU which is imported from Japan.
2.Dish top and cover,cylinder body. The top is connected by flange which can be opened eassily for cleaning and maintainance.
3.As to polish,interior layer and dish top will adopts 3A mirror polish while exterior layer and conical bottom will adopts 2B satin polish.
4.38mm tri-clamp outlet,38mm tri-clamp inlet with butterfly valve,32mm cleaning hole,300mm manway,DN100 sight glass,DN100 light glass.
5.Emulsifier with maximum speed of 2900RPM. The speed is adjustable with inverter in the control panel.
